Photo Update: 8th - 10th December

Once again, I'm hopelessly behind with my updates. Here're a smattering of photographs from the second week of December, I don't even remember much of what I was doing except that 1. I was finally exam free, 2. Was dog sitting for Jessy & Danny, 3. Soliciting for more BFF partners, 4. Engaging in observations in NUH.

Such a sweetie.

It was really an eye-opener observing at the stroke ward at NUH, as well as the outpatient ward. I learnt so many things in just one day! Things have been moving along pretty quickly and I'm crossing my fingers tightly that little experiences like these will help me out!

7th Dec: Girls Day Out Across the Causeway

Lili and I went over to JB for a short one-day getaway earlier in December for a completely girly spa day. It was loads of fun because we basically just ate and chilled out, it was nice to get away for a bit:

But first we stopped by the pups' place to give them some breakfast! 

Love them to bits. 

First stop at JB! We arrived pretty early so most of the restaurants were not opened, thankfully this Korean one was! 

We were starving

Time for nails! We both did mani pedis so this took a good 1.5 hours. 

Extremely pleased with my christmas nails, the quality was topnotch as well, they lasted a full month! 

After that we had a full body massage and then...

We went for a hair wash and blow dry, hehe. 

Pampering got us pretty hungry so we went for the awesome Malaysian style BKT!

Some shopping at the mall. By evening we were exhausted so we decided to jet back home. 

Paid just RM1.5 to take a bus to the Causeway! It was an amazing day <3

2nd Anniversary Celebration

So early in December, Sam and I celebrated our second anniversary together. It's not a terribly long time, but the days have gone by so quickly and I hope that I always remember what a special thing we have (:

Woke up bright and early for a YCM pitch with the BFF girls first. It went well but it was still way to early to meet the boy when it ended so I had brunch first. 

Hopped over to the Orchard library to hang out while waiting for him. 

Hahahahhaa. He came to pick me up around 3pm but it was raining extremely heavily so it took us some time to get to the destination. 

When we entered, I was so delighted and surprised to see the set up! <3 <3 <3

I love that it was purple! I was so exhausted from my early morning that I had to crash for a bit before the evening.

Woke up and got ready for dinner!

The hotel had an amazing Italian restaurant. I had a seafood risotto and the boy had a carbonara. A pitcher of lime margarita was also in the mix. Perfection.

After dinner he tried to convince me to go partying but I was so woozy with food coma I refused to budge, hahaha. 

Just want to cuddle with my qt.

It started raining in the middle of our meal, we tried to wait it out to go for a swim but it didn't stop at all the entire day ): 

Still it was a pretty perfect weekend! We eventually left because the pups needed some feeding.
