14th - 17th January 2018: CNY on Homeground

My flight landed 45minutes before the scheduled time so I had to wait around for a bit. Totally worth it though because someone woke up at 5am just to pick me up <3

First order of business was to meet my godson of course.

<3

Presents hehe.

Then off for lunch with my Sharan, saw this cute pill on the way .

<3

Yassssss, I could eat this forever and not get sick of it (I reckon).

My boy came to join us <3

Back home for chu xi ye reunion dinner with my fam bam.

Yasssssss.

First day of CNY cuddling my little bunny.

He was hungry.

Our instagram brother doing all the hard work.

Powerpuff girls!

<3

Love this little bunny.

Dinner at my paternal aunt's side! Simple and delicious affair. We played mahjong and watched stupid videos. There were more pictures but I can't find them ):

Met this little cutie downstairs their place though!

Second day of CNY was pretty un eventful. We did go visit this little boy though!

I had a major craving for chicken rice so this dude decided to take me out to dinner!

I'm not too picky but he brought me to this amazing place that apparently sells one of the best chicken rice in Singapore. It was pricier than usual but it was SOOOOO GOOD.

Dessert and drinks with our crew.

So simple, but so good :')

9th - 14th January 2018: Infestation x House Dinner x Cakes Bday

I threw away all of this and more (a whole lot of other stuff, way too much) because we had a pantry moth infestation. It was unlikely that they got to these stuff but the sight of them in our cereal, and their larvae and pupae all around... I couldn't sleep and felt insecure all the time, so I took the plunge and throw everything out. I then proceeded to wash every inch of the container and flush the pantry with vinegar water.

A day after the ordeal we all went out for dinner!

Tofu didn't get to go though, haha.

We went to my favourite vietnamese place in Northbridge.

We then went for bingsoo for dessert! They weren't very impressed but I liked it hahaha.

Unintentional twinning in stripes :3

Reunited.

Such a silly dog.

We went to visit the Komo Kitties at their new place!

Amazing mashed potatoes that Caleb made.

Also amazing pasta that Huimin made!

Super yummy eggplant that the Komo Kitties made! They make pretty good vegetarian stuff that I normally wouldn't eat. I made a chicken stew but it was not particularly picturesque. It was at that point that we realised that we should have coordinated our dishes because we ended up with a lot of carbs and barely any other dishes (my stew had chicken but it had potatoes too!). Still, it was incredibly yummy!

Surprise super belated birthday celebration for the cute Cakies.

<3

Bier finally came back from Singapore and came over to mine to pick up all the stuff he left here, bahaha. Filled the ENTIRE CAR, I don't know how he checked his mirror, thank god he got home safe.

Early morning with the puppo.

Came home and had to wash him up a little because he had eaten and smeared his poop again. And then I had to rush off to the airport to fly back to Singapore, I missed him so much :'(

Let's Live Suddenly Without Thinking

let’s live suddenly without thinking

under honest trees,
                        a stream
does.the brain of cleverly-crinkling
-water pursues the angry dream
of the shore. By midnight,
                                a moon
scratches the skin of the organised hills

an edged nothing begins to prune

let’s live like the light that kills
and let’s as silence,
                            because Whirl’s after all:
(after me)love,and after you.
I occasionally feel vague how
vague idon’t know tenuous Now-
spears and The Then-arrows making do
our mouths something red,something tall

4th- 8th January 2018: Bye Sam x Bye Jo

Sam made awesome scrambled eggs for breakfast, apparently inspired by Gordon Ramsey.

We also decided to walk down to the park for a picnic!

He also brought me for Japanese food one day because I hadn't had it for a while :')

Always taste better with you :3

Saying goodbye is never great ):

<3

Another goodbye, this time to Jo :(

Days got a little less eventful as clinic started and we were all a little swamped. This pic shows a highlight on one of the days when a client brought his little dog in though :3

One night for a treat, Ralene and I went for a Hungry Jack's run!

Needy puppy.

Yassssss $2 Mcflurry!
