Woke up bright and early to travel to Dan Shui!
Took about 40-60mins but we finally arrived at the station! We took a cab to Oia Cafe as it was quite a distance away.
Took about a half hour but we finally got here!
To be honest I felt that the cafe was overhyped. Most of the alpacas were situated outside on wet wooden floorboards and concrete floor, it looked kind of filthy out there. The cafe's interior wasn't dirty but the decor itself wasn't great and it smelled very strongly of.. alpacas haha.
This dude had the best teeth.
The only two alpacas who were indoors were clean and adorable though. One was just a baby and was yearning very much for its mum outside, poor little bae.
The food was nowhere near as good as GoBar though, tasted aggressively mediocre. I got a fruit tea which was huge and tasted good, but Yulin's tea sucked according to her.
Aforementioned baby alpaca.
Her name is Snow.
She likes to chew on things but she has no teeth so not much damage done, just a little saliva lol.
Here she is munching on my hair...
We had to be strategic to get selfies with them because they tend to get bored quickly, but we had loads of success so I felt like I got my money's worth (especially considering the lack of decor/atmosphere/cleanliness and the poor food).
Got one with the baby too! Hehe.
Went out to give these poor dudes some attention.
Poor bae was sitting under a table and staring at its mum outside so I accompanied it and gave it some love.
Walked past this glorious looking cafe as we were heading off to Dan Shui station. The entire Dan Shui area is HUGE, like a town on its own. We had to take 2 buses to get to the famous bridge.
Would love to visit this beautiful place one day but it is pretty far out.
Onwards to Fisherman Wharf!
This is Meimei, she's an elderly doge and so full of cuddles.
Couldn't stop cuddling her!
Spotted this dude carrying his cat!
Such a sweet couple :')
Kid photobombed her for a good 5mins.
Yeah it was very beautiful but there was nothing to do except to take many pics of our faces hahaha.
Little baby weiner.
Break for a snack!
On our way back to Taipei central.
Met up with Sin and she brought us to climb Elephant Hill. Uhm... I hate climbing.
Halfway up.
My clothes were drenched in my perspiration lol.
Lin of course was going strong.
Ded.
Fiiiiiiinally.
So glad to be done climbing lolol.
Because we're childish as hell and wanted in on the romantic gazing haha.
Friendly little doge at the bottom of the hill hehe.
Found an exhibit of some of her favourite jap films!
We were STARVED after all that climbing.
It was sooooooooo good. This place is called Gan Bei, they have outlets all over Taiwan I believe.
They gave us one for one drinks (so 6 in total) it was insane, we couldn't finish it.
All flushed from meat and beer.
Walking to the subway and chanced about this little doge.
And then I saw this dude...
So I went to cuddle him, and then..
I SAW THAT HE WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH ALL THESE LITTLE DUDES.
I died so hard.
I love you :')
