Back on track!

With today's post, I'm finally going to be up-to-date timeline wise! Here's what I've been doing for the past 7 days; the shoot ended early in the week so that left me 2-3 days to hang out and do whatever I pleased till.. today, which was when I started on my new temp job at Marriott (more on that later).

Last official day of shoot! A friend is what I get for trying to camwhore in the bus at the crack of dawn (incidentally while mildly resembling a crackwhore with my sallow looking skin).

This day she kept coming up to me to "hold my hand, adorable <3

Wardrobe x Makeup x Art D department leaving set on our last day!

Spent my first evening of "freedom" with the boy, we had amazing thai food that slayed us both. The tomyum soup was a real killer.

Back on set to help with the striking, the majestic hut taken down.

Largely female team segregated and carried all this wood (goddamned heavy), strong girls!

Icecream break!

Dinner & dessert with Juli after not seeing her for ages!

Interview for the temp job at Marriott.

Visited this girl at her PT promotional job, hahaha.

Spent hours and hours packing my room before heading out in the evening.

Was majorly excited to finally try Rolling Rice!

Did not disappoint at all. I'm not too big a fan of dupoki(sp?) so I'm not sure if it was good/bad, but the ramen was good and the roll was AMAZING. I am still dreaming about that glorious roll.

Icecream break!

Out bright and early to run errands and to have lunch with the boy during his break.

Spent the rest of the day running errands for friends who needed help and then proceeded to Chinatown for..

An incredible feast !

Time expertly mixing the claypot rice, hahaha.

My cute nai.

Saturday was an incredibly long day, we started nice and early with macs breakfast!

And the boy gave me a surprise by bringing me to an adorable cat exhibition hosted by the Arts House! I was so delighted.

Lunch break!

Looks rather lacklustre and minimal, but it was super yummy and we ate till we were so incredibly stuffed.

First time visiting Gillman Barracks for the contemporary art exhibit.

Though I hated that there were many mozzies around (due to the vast amount of plants/nature), the entire area was so peaceful - I loved it so much. We visited a couple of other galleries but didn't have time to visit them thoroughly because it was pretty late ):

Visited the newly opened Victoria Concert Hall briefly.

Caught fireworks!

Our last stop was the ACM for the River Nights event!

The crowd was insane, I felt kinda light headed seeing so many people.

We had to stop for icecream to catch our breaths, lol.

Pretty lights, so many pretty lights.

Ended the night with more desserts!

Sunday was church and family day!

Lunch time with the family after mass, followed by a short KTV session.

And then the mothership brought us for icecream!

And I made an adorable new friend;

Who showed me his ass when I wanted to take a picture with him, bahahaha.

Ended the week with a productive meeting at Nando's. It was my first time eating there and I thought the food was pretty decent, not fantastic to me, but decent. It was a pretty eventful week!
