Furnishing of set for Kwuda in progress.
Make up & wardrobe for one of our actors, Josy!
& Ivan!
It was a super long first day of shoot.
Wardrobe ladies working their magic.
Played a minor role on day 2!
It was a sweltering few hours shooting outdoors, we nearly died with the thick costumes.
Shooting in the fully furnished hut!
The next morning the rain came down so heavily that the hut was destroyed. Ran errands in the afternoon and then spent the evening at the National Museum. Was really excited to be able to make it down for the Japanese Film Festival!
Checked out a new exhibit they had: "We: Defining Singapore" - a collection of photographs documenting major events and other miscellaneous things of interest over the years. Half nostalgic, half tragic.
This was my favourite photograph: Ah Meng enjoying tea (:
Good night with my qtpai.
The next evening we found ourselves back here for another screening because shooting was postponed another day due to water damage.
Had a very belated birthday celebration :3
Back on full day shoots! Sallow looking morning face trying to feign excitement with my breakfast curry puff, bahahaha.
Pretty lights!
My bestie on shoot! Poor girl was sick though.
Had a few drinks with my qt after work (:
And the shoot continued
More cuddle times with my bestie during the slow moments.
Amazing home food cook that Mari prepared for the crew!
This one week went by so so quickly; shoots from morning till night, cute puppies to cuddle, yummy food for reprieve after hours of waiting - twas tiring but good.
