Last week of July

The last week of July was a rather rough work week and now that I'm catching up on the updates, I'm just glad it's over. Here are some highlights:

Had one free day so I decided to cook some spaghetti to satisfy my pasta craving.

It was pretty great if I do say so myself.

Beautiful evening on the way back from tuition.

Cooked another round of pasta, aglio olio this time.

Too early to be awake in the morning really.

Helped out some PG kids with bracelet making x learning the names of colours.

I love colouring days (which happens once a month) because I get to rest a bit and the kids are finally (almost) quiet.

The end of the work day didn't go well so I was pretty (or in reality seriously seriously seriously) bummed out.

The boy brought me to get pizza and wings so that cheered me up considerably :3

And then for ice-cream! But really, the company hit the spot in a way that food could never, I'm grateful :')

Yay for the new day.

Wanted to make brunch food but had to improvise with the limited ingredients I had.

Favourite class doing their thang.

Oh this little munchkin is so adorable <3

Finally a meet up with this girl!

Favourite <3 <3 <3

So great to finally be able to catch up, I'm glad that certain things stay the same.

Had an early shift this day but think I cleaned myself up pretty well after work to head out!

Dropped by YMCA to say hello to nainai.

It was raining so we had some nice cuddle time in the cafe.

We decided to journey all the way to the depths of Bedok to check out the SG 100 + 50 concert!

Our trip proved futile... The weather was terrible and the event was not even set up halfway despite it being close to the starting time. It was wet everywhere and the lack of preparation (of the organisers) disgusted me so we left.

No sight of people anywhere.

The only exhibit that was fully set up, this was pretty cool.

Took another long journey back to BP and feasted on this <3

Started the weekend with an impromptu overnight mahjong sesh, quite up my alley :3
