First we went to Lucky Plaza in hopes that Ashifa's Cafe, our favourite Malay Chicken Rice place would be open. Sadly it wasn't, it used to operate on weekends but I suppose they're earning so much now that they don't have to any more (this is the 2nd time we've encountered them closed on a Saturday). So we decided to go to the opposite stall which apparently sells famous YTF, indeed the place was really packed considering it was only 11am. I'm not a huge fan of YTF but I'll concede it's not bad.
What we saw after entering the Macallan Rare Case Launch premises.
Scents of the whiskey.
Available for all attendees to sniff and try out.
Tasting time!
It wasn't all that exciting for me because I'm not a huge fan, but it was an interesting experience.
Out in the sun and onwards to the Art Science Museum!
Loads of jubilee stuff for SG50.
It was pretty damn amazing, checking out all the strange little creatures that exist in a place so far away from us it seems like a different world.
When we resurfaced, we saw loads of people watching the NDP preview.
It was a pretty beautiful day if I do say so myself.
Always great to spend time with this qt <3
