But first, we had to move out of the hotel and into another airbnb unit arranged by our host!
It was beautiful and thankfully the AC worked!
I loved the shopping at Ewha! It wasn't as cheap as places like BKK or Shanghai but the quality was better and it was much cleaner. The street was also pretty tranquil which made for a great shopping experience.
Lunch time at a fast-food looking Korean place, the food was really cheap and so yummy.
I ordered Omurice for myself and it was MASSIVE.
Dad got some pork cutlet and it came with fries, rice, loads of sides, and an awesome cheese dip.
Sis had an awesome spicy hotpot and mum had bulgogi stew with rice!
Our next stop was Hongdae which was a world of a difference from Ewha. The streets were bustling, people were milling around everywhere, there were also loads of street performances by students.
Spotted this little qt selling clothes for his owner.
Braved the long streets in search for the Hello Kitty Cafe.
Found it after what felt like forever.
The food/drinks were a little pricey but still within an acceptable range. The frozen yogurt tasted quite lovely as did the cake. The orange drink was a grapefruit soda and it was too sour for my sister and I but the parents loved it.
Some girls doing a sexy dance.
A random truck pulled up and started giving out free drinks! We excitedly joined the queue, hahahaha.
Finally found Style Nanda!
Lol my parents.
They had a free photobooth which we quite shamelessly utilised a couple of times...
Literally stumbled upon a buffet - we didn't understand what was going on because the staff who hosted us didn't understand much English. She gesticulated wildly when we asked for a menu so we just waited, it was only when we were seated did we realise that there was no menu because it was a buffet! It was a good experience, happy accident! (:
Family on the train back to our apartment, we were mega tired.
Awesome buys for the day :3
