Seoul Journ (DAY 5) Nami Island

We had an extremely long fifth day at Seoul because we traveled out to Nami Island and Petite France! Because there're loads of photographs, I'm dividing the post into two. Our initial plan was to take public transport there, it was definitely feasible but would've included a lot of frenzied rushing if we wanted to make the best of our time there. Thankfully for us, our airbnb host engaged a friend of his to drive us there (for a fee) so that we could do things at our own time and target. That was very lovely indeed because there was no rushing involved at all!

After about an hour's drive, we finally arrived at the Gapyeong Wharf where you can take a ferry over to Nami Island.

The ferry ride took only about 5 mins.

We had a quick breakfast before starting to explore the island. because it was only around 10am, there weren't too many people around. The weather was also still pretty cool.

Loads of adorable little squirrels everywhere!

I was amused by the tiny house.

Poor bunbun ):

Ended our visit to Nami Island at the dock, it was tranquil and cool :3

Before we left for Petite France, we had lunch at a cute place overlooking the wharf and river.

Lol my parents and their rice wine.

Amazing spicy bbq chicken :3
