Seoul Journ (DAY 7 & 8) Ewha // Garosugil // Shinsegae

So we spent our last official full day at Ewha first to make our last round of shopping, and then to Garosugil to check out the fancy streets. Ended the evening at Shinsegae for some fancy grocery shopping which my mother loved - to be fair, it was a pretty lovely experience!

Getting ready to shop my heart out. Was glad to be able to get all the presents I wanted to get in that one afternoon, as well as a couple of tops and dresses for myself :3

Happy shopping girls!

Back at the fastfood-y place for lunch! This time I had the beef bugolgi stew which was awesome.

Some spicy seafood stew my sister had.

My dad has korean-western hamburg steak! I can't remember what my mum had and I don't have a pic of it for some reason...

Happy and satisfied from my lunch :3

Found this fancy looking cake shop!

Went in for a little while to check it out! Didn't stay for long but the cakes looked beautiful.

I was amused to see this kitty shop.

After all the cheap shopping, we headed to Garosugil!

Cool shops selling cool expensive stuff.

Loads of flashy looking plastic surgery places.

We went to visit Deux Amis, this quaint little French style cafe which sells the most amazing cakes EVER.

I think it's safe to say that strawberries are their speciality.

We had a strawberry shortcake and strawberry tiramisu tart! The cake was beautifully moist and not too sweet, the tart had a delicious layer of lemon and was perfect <3 _ <3

The entire place was very fancy and lovely to look at,

Cute cars :3

Finally made it to Shinsegae where my mum went crazy.

I LOVE THESE.

I bought some of these dried fruits to try, they were decidedly yummy.

Beautiful supermarket.

A lot of these fresh seafood were still moving!

Went back to the same place we went for Father's Day for dinner because we were near that area. Then we scurried home to pack because our flight was the next afternoon.

There was a procession/performance at the airport! It was actually rather entertaining.

Last meal in Korea, of course it had to be beef bugolgi stew.

Excited to be homebound! Though we had a really great time, I was missing home and Sam a great deal.

Happy girls about to board the plane.

Zoom zoom and now we're home. Thus ends my Seoul updates :3
