Tuileries Garden, my favourite garden in the world! It was so beautiful this month, super lush against the brilliant blue sky. It was extremely crowded but still really lovely.
Picnic! The pasta that we cooked at 3am, chicken box we bought from Dominos, coffee for the boy, hot chocolate for me, capri-sun, grapes, waffles and... condiments :P It was so much that we could barely eat half, finished the rest for dinner.
Poetry book by RMR the boy bought for me at Shakespeare & Co :3
Continuing our stroll!
Went to visit the Jeu De Paume, film & photography museum.
Got checked in at the lockers.
Map of the countries/regions that the Afghan refugees travelled across.
Burnt abandoned spaces.
Burning of traditional caravan
Reading the story of an Afghan refugee's tumultuous journey to Paris.
Series of photographs by an American photographer of various abandoned/human damaged landscapes and waterscapes.
Visit to Musee de l'Orangerie, we didn't stay long because we only entered around 4pm and it closed at 5pm. Walked around as long as possible until they shut off the lights, hahaha.
After this we proceeded to walk down to the Louvre, I did not take any photographs there because I've already been there once. It was nice to be there again though, it's so insanely huge and we weren't as rushed this time. Walked till we were super fatigued and had the rest of our picnic in the common area before taking the metro home to prepare our breakfast/lunch for the next day since we had an extremely early flight coming up. Byebye Paris :')
